Rogue Star

Rogue Star is a rogue-lite arcade-style twin-stick-shooter where the player takes the role of a lone pilot using their ship to fight off enemies, defend their home planet from destruction, and upgrade their ship's abilities.

As you play you'll encounter 9 unique enemy types, get to choose from a variety of randomized ships upgrades, and jam out to 4 unique music tracks by Gunnar Olsen. Main menu music by Unicorn Heads

The game supports mouse and keyboard or gamepad input.

This was made as a class project for a computer science course at the University of Washington, Seattle by Zoë Hansen, Frost Yockey, Robert Spencer, and Kalvin Zeng.
